Acceptance of terms

By accessing the Med-Health Laboratories website or patient portal, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age (or are accessing on behalf of a minor for whom you are a legal guardian or substitute decision-maker) and that you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the site or portal.

Services and eligibility

Med-Health Laboratories provides diagnostic laboratory services in Ontario. Use of our services requires a valid physician or healthcare provider requisition for most tests. We reserve the right to refuse service where a valid requisition cannot be presented.

The information on this website is provided for general information purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding your test results and medical decisions.

Patient portal

Access to the Med-Health patient portal is provided to individuals who have been tested at a Med-Health location. Portal credentials are personal and must not be shared. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.

The portal is provided for the purpose of reviewing your personal laboratory results. You may not use it to access, download, or distribute another person's results. Unauthorized access is prohibited under PHIPA and the Criminal Code of Canada.

Limitations of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law, Med-Health Laboratories shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the patient portal, including but not limited to loss of data, system outages, or errors in result display.

Our liability for laboratory services is governed by the terms of your service agreement and applicable Ontario regulations.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Med-Health Laboratories Inc. and is protected by Canadian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of the website or portal after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
