Most routine blood work is covered by OHIP. We also accept private insurance and multiple payment methods.

How we bill
OHIP (Ontario Health Insurance)
Most routine tests ordered by an Ontario physician are fully covered. Bring a valid Ontario health card.
Private Insurance
Direct billing available for most major private insurers. Bring your policy card and information.
Credit & Debit
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Interac debit accepted at all locations.
WSIB
Workers' Safety and Insurance Board billing. Bring your WSIB claim number.
Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA)
Third-party MVA billing. Provide your claim information and insurer details.
Self-Pay
Pay out of pocket for tests not covered by OHIP or your insurance. Receipts provided for benefits claims.

- Complete blood count (CBC)
- Electrolytes, BUN, creatinine
- Glucose, HbA1c
- Lipid panel (with physician request)
- Thyroid (TSH, T3, T4)
- Liver enzymes (ALT, AST, GGT)
- Urinalysis and urine culture
- 12-lead ECG
- Iron studies and ferritin
- INR / prothrombin time
