Use the email address on file with your physician. If you have not registered, you will need the activation code from your lab visit receipt.

Tests collected before March 21, 2026

Legacy Patient Portal

Access historical results from our previous system. This portal remains available for results predating the system upgrade on March 21, 2026.

Use the credentials you previously set up. If you have forgotten your password, use the "Forgot password" link on the legacy portal login page.

Not sure which portal to use?

Check your visit date

Look at the date on your requisition or lab visit receipt. Tests on or after March 21, 2026 → updated portal. Before → legacy portal.

Call the lab

Staff at any location can confirm which portal your results are in. Main lab: (416) 256-7278.

Ask your physician

Your ordering physician also receives a copy of all results and can share them at your follow-up appointment.
