Walk-ins are always welcome. No appointment is necessary — visit any collection centre during operating hours and our team will see you. Mornings tend to be busiest; mid-morning or early afternoon are typically quieter.

OHIP card and photo ID required for billing.
Check fasting requirements
Some tests require 8–12 hours of fasting. See your requisition.
